The State Historic Preservation Officer serves as the staff person to the ACHP. In 2010, his service was recognized with a Presidential Distinguished Rank Award. The WPLC submits this comment to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (“ACHP”) addressing the cultural and historic importance of Chí’chil Biłdagoteel, also known as Oak Flat.
